Rasikh Salam sent back Hardik Pandya and Nehal Wadhera in the same over. Source: BCCI

Rasikh's input is once again having an impact

MI had slowed down somewhat after the power play, but Hardik was able to restore order. He successfully hit Axar Patel for a six off the last ball of the eighth over and then proceeded to smack three fours and a six off Kuldeep Yadav in the ninth. Tilak, who had been batting on a run-a-ball eight until that point, also contributed with a six and a four in Axar's next over.

MI were still playing catch-up when Rasikh, who had been brought in as an Impact Player, further reduced their lead with a two-wicket over. Hardik misjudged a slower ball and sent it soaring into the air to backward point. Nehal Wadhera then guided a length delivery straight to Pant. This left MI with a target of 117 runs from seven overs, with five wickets in hand.
