Key win for Capitals as Kuldeep, Mukesh, and openers seal victory
Sanju Samson's 46-ball 86 was in vain as Delhi Capitals' 221 proved too much for Rajasthan Royals to chase. Kuldeep Yadav, Mukesh Kumar, and Khaleel Ahmed shared six wickets between them as DC successfully defended their total after being asked to bat, condemning RR to a second successive defeat.
Jake Fraser-McGurk and Abishek Porel set the tone for DC's batting as they both scored quick half-centuries.
R Ashwin, who came into the match with two wickets for the season, returned with a three-wicket haul to slow down DC, but Tristan Stubbs once again provided the hosts with a powerful finish to take them to a total beyond RR's reach.
