Nepal won the toss and elected to bowl first in their third and final ODI against Canada at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Monday, 12 February. The hosts will be aiming for a whitewash as they take a 2-0 lead in the three-match series.

In the first ODI, Rohit Paudel's team defeated Canada by seven runs. Despite the home team posting a decent 224 on the board, the skipper took four wickets to secure a much-needed win.

The second ODI saw Nepal face stiff competition from Canada, who posted a massive 285/9 in 50 overs. But Paudel (87) and Dev Khanal (76) led from the top to help Nepal take a 2-0 lead in the three-match ODI series against Canada.
